Drosophila development, effect of heparin movie
Movie showing effects of heparin on cycles 10-14 of Drosophila development. Heparin and calcium green were co-injected into embryos and the nuclear cycle followed. Those nuclei near to site of injection were arrested in the next interphase and can be seen at left of image. Nuclei furthest away from site of injection undergo a single round of division before also arresting.
