Britons hopes, or, the Tories defeated
" ... on the second reading of the Reform Bill". On 13 April, 1832 the Bill was given its second reading at the House of Lords, passing with a majority of nine (as mentioned in the text). First line reads: Come every loyal Briton bold. Signed at foot of the second column: J. Morgan.
