Ussuri boreal forest – nature conservation in Sichote-Alin
The flora and fauna of the Ussurian boreal forest in the Russian Far East can be characterized by a mixture of relict subtropical and endemic Manchurian, nemoral and boreal species. Among protected areas there, the Sichote-Alin and Lazovsky State Reserves are the most important.
