My Romanian grandfather's story
Today, my grandfather is a really old man - he is 95 years old. So he had a long life. He was born in Romania in 1923. He has worked in World War 2 as a soldier. But when the communists took over the country, he was sentenced to prison. But he managed to flee to Austria by foot.
