Beer mug, salt-glazed stoneware, made in Staffordshire, ca. 1720-1740
Beer mug of white salt-glazed stoneware, with brown iron-wash band at the rim and replacement brass loop handle. A cylinder spreading very slightly at the lip and the foot, around which is a thin rib; with shallow foot-ring and flat base. The base is glazed.
