Construction of caissons for dyke repairs in the disaster area
Weeknummer 53-17
In Amsterdam caissons of reinforced concrete are built, intended to be sunk into the holes of the dikes in the southwest of the Netherlands that were destroyed by the flood disaster. A tugboat takes the first completed caissons to the disaster area.
