MEDIEVAL BUCKLE
Cast copper alloy medieval buckle dating from 1250-1400. The buckle has a single ‘D’-shaped loop and an offset and narrowed bar. The outer edge of the frame has cast decoration in the form of a notched lip with a transverse knop either side. The reverse of the buckle is flat and undecorated.
