POST MEDIEVAL SEAL
Lead cloth seal, probably dating to the early post medieval period. The seal comprises two flat circular discs which have been joined together probably around the edge of a piece of textile. The seal is broken on one edge and is decorated with the torso of a lion rampant on one side. The seal measures 19.9mm in diameter, 4.6mm in thickness and weighs 5.38g.
