POST MEDIEVAL LID
A copper alloy lid, probably from a post medieval inkwell or similar vessel. The lid is undecorated. It has a very robust double lug hinge. The lid itself is sub-circular, one side being straight. The hinge lugs are separated from the circular lid by a triangular thickened area. The edge of one of the lugs is in line with the straight side of the lid.
