MEDIEVAL MOUNT
A copper alloy casket mount, 38.7mm in length and 38.2mm wide, probably medieval in date. The mount is flat but bent – the upper half has a shallow, u-shaped notch at the end and there is also a small, broken piece of metal protruding from the side of the upper end.
