MEDIEVAL MOUNT
An incomplete Medieval cast copper alloy bar mount. It has a central lobe, with a hole, and two tapering bars of which only one survives. It has a terminal lobe which is pierced by a copper alloy rivet. The mount is mostly semi-circular in section, with a flat back; but the bars is faceted making it triangular in section.
