POST MEDIEVAL COIN
A post medieval coin; a Scottish twenty pence piece of Charles I (1625-49) of the third coinage (1637-42). It measures 15.7 by 15.2mm and is 0.7mm thick. It weighs 0.5gm. The initial mark is illegible. The coin is bent and badly scratched. For reference see Seaby Vol. 2, No. 5589.
