POST MEDIEVAL BUCKLE
Post Medieval (1660-1720) cast tin alloy trapezoidal buckle frame with drilled hole for seperate spindle. Just over half of the frame survives and the spindle is missing. The frame has a moulded pin rest on its outer edge and a moulded scroll motif to either side of the drilled holes. The buckle is 35.07mm long, 23.95mm wide, 5.12mm thick and weighs 7.64g.
