ROMAN ROD
A colourless glass rod. It has a circular section and is of uneven thickness ranging from 2.7-3.3mm in diameter and is slightly bent. There are a small number of occasional round bubbles. It weighs 0.65g. It is very difficult to date such an object with any confidence, but a range from the Roman-post-Medieval period is likely.
