MEDIEVAL SEAL MATRIX
A flat copper-alloy seal matrix dating to the Medieval period. The matrix is pointed-oval with an integrally cast suspension loop at the top, on the reverse. The loop is D-shaped, at 90 degrees to the matrix, with a circular perforation.
