ROMAN MOUNT
Roman copper alloy mount, incomplete. Probably originally circular, but has damage to the outer edges and none of the original edges survive. The remains of two circular-sectioned rivets are visible on the reverse, both of which are incomplete. It has a raised circular copper-alloy ‘panel’ at the centre of the mount.
