MEDIEVAL BUCKLE
Complete copper alloy medieval annular buckle. The buckle is formed from a circular loop frame, circular in section that is of even thickness with no pin constriction. The pin is simply curled around the loop. It is flat in section and tapers to a broad blunt point. The object is abraded but the original surface survives in patches with an even dark green patina.
