ROMAN BROOCH
A fragment of a bow brooch, 18.5 mm in length. The foot and catchplate of a two-piece Colchester derivative brooch, with a roughly oval perforation through the catchplate and the remains of the slightly tapering bow with a pronounced median ridge decorated with incised zig-zag ornament.
