ROMAN TEGULA
Two incomplete probable Roman tegulae, dating AD 43-410. The ceramic is a reddish-orange colour withwith one fragment having a grey core. All that remains onf each example is part of the base and the lip along one edge. On the larger fragment, the lip is narrower at one end, which does not appear to be a result of damage or wear.
