POST MEDIEVAL COIN
Post Medieval silver penny of the Commonwealth dating to 1649-1660 AD. Uncertain initial mark, North (1991, pg. 206), no. 2729.This coin has been pierced from the reverse at 3 o'clock (9 o'clock on the obverse) so that the hole is through the shield of Ireland.
