MEDIEVAL BUCKLE
Medieval to Post Medieval cast copper alloy single loop buckle. The outer edge of the frame is slightly expanded to a triangular point with a recess for the pin rest. The frame has a trapezoid cross section. Filing marks are visible on the strap bar. There is a copper alloy pin folded around the strap bar; the pin tapers to a point.
