ROMAN BROOCH
A fragment of a Roman cast copper alloy brooch from a Colchester derivative type dating to AD49 - 65. The fragment consists of the lower bow and the catchplate.The bow is straight and has a ridge running the length of the fragment on the front but is flat on the back.
