Early medieval (probably) jet bead. Polyhedral - roughly square bead with facetted corners. Four of the six large diamond-shaped faces bear decoration of a central double ring-and-dot (i.e. two rings around the dot), with four evenly spaced ring-and-dots around, which just touch the outer ring of the central motif, and together form a diamond pattern mirroring the shape of the face.
