POST MEDIEVAL BUCKLE
Complete copper alloy Post Medieval double loop oval buckle frame with moulded decoration on the loops, missing its pin. The frame is D-shaped in section with the bar being narrowed. The is a simple small knop projecting from wither end of the strap bar and the outer edges of both loops are decorated with a rounded knop with an incised circular roundel, possibly a floral motif but now very worn.…
