Banzai for the japanese navy and army! A fierce battle near Weihaiwei
rechter Teil des Triptychons (vgl. KI 14514-14-1 + KI 14514-14-2), Triptychon zusammengeklebt Ikuhidehitsu 幾英筆 Kriegsbild zum Ersten Sino-Japanischen Krieg 日清戦争 1894/95. Im Februar 1895 greift die japanische Armee die Stadt Weihaiwei an. Während die Landtruppen relativ rasch einen Sieg erringen, dauert der Kampf zu Wasser länger. Nach 10 Tagen gibt sich aber die chinesische Flotte auch geschlagen.
