Auf dem durchbrochenen Ringkopf ist ein goldgerahmtes, ovales Stahlplättchen montiert, auf dem Kreuz, Herz und Anker als Symbole für Glaube, Liebe und Hoffnung appliziert sind. Die Schiene besteht aus drei zusammengesetzten Ringen, die sich an der Schulter trennen und eigenständig in den Ringkopf übergehen.
