The roles of reproduction, survival, and territoriality in the seasonal dynamics of Clethrionomys gapperi populations
An intensive study has been made of the population ecology of the redbacked vole Clethrionomys gapperi (Vigors, 1830) inhabiting black spruce (Picea mariana) forest in southeastern Manitoba. The roles of reproduction, survival and territoriality have been examined in relation to the seasonal dynamics of this vole.
