Hamburg, Stadtplan und -ansicht
Die Radierung von ca. 1750 zeigt die Hansestadt Hamburg auf zwei verschiedene Arten. Den oberen Bereich nimmt ein Stadtplan ein, darunter befindet sich eine Stadtansicht. Georg Friedrich Händel wirkte zwischen 1703 und 1705 in Hamburg. 1705 wurde seine erste Oper "Almira" HWV 1 im Theater am Gänsemarkt uraufgeführt.
