Bishop of Kition Nicholaos’ bones are taken from Israel to Cyprus

The transport by the Israeli government of the bones of the Bishop of Kition, Nicholaos, leader of Cyprus’ fight for independence, who died in exile at Jerusalem; the transfer from Israel to Cyprus was decided after the Greek Orthodox Church at Jaffa, where his bones were kept, was burned.
