Sold from the appendix of the auction of the books from Pieter de la Court van der Voort and Allard de la Court (The Hague, Nicolaas van Daalen, d.d. 19.2.1770; cat. p. 20, nr. 237), according to J. van Heel (communication d.d. 6.3.2011).
